Caitlin Lowe is back by popular demand following her successful Winter Yoga Series! This May and June, community members are invited to Flow Into Spring during a four-week yoga series led by Caitlin Lowe, focused on movement, mindfulness, and breathwork.
All sessions will take place at the Springfield Free Public Library, located at 66 Mountain Avenue, Springfield, NJ.
Designed as an open-level class, the series is ideal for students of all abilities—from beginners to experienced yogis. Each session offers a welcoming, accessible experience with a mindful approach and posture modifications for varying needs. Participants will deepen their connection to breath and body awareness, creating space for ease and renewal this spring.
Please bring a yoga mat and a bath or beach towel.
