How many titles am I allowed to stream?
You can watch a maximum of 5 films per month (reflected via the 5 play credits you are allotted every month).
Excluding The Great Courses and content available through Kanopy Kids, once you press play on a film, you will automatically use 1 play credit. Afterward, you will have 3 days to view that film as many times as you’d like. If you want to watch the same film after the 3 days have passed, you must use another play credit.
Kanopy Kids: you have 30 days of unlimited plays for all videos in Kanopy Kids. Your 30 days begin once you play your first video from the collection.
The Great Courses: you can access 1 Great Courses series per month. Once you press play on any Great Courses titles, you will have 30 rolling days to watch that entire series. You will have to wait until the next month to watch a different series.
When will my play credits reset?
Play credits reset on the 1st of the month. Once you have used up all 5 play credits, you will not be able to stream any films until the new month starts and your play credits refresh back to 5.
