The Springfield Free Public Library will present a reading and book talk by Cranford writer Alex Bernstein at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 21.
Bernstein’s most recent book, Miserable Love Stories, was published by Racehorse Publishing, an imprint of Simon & Schuster. On Bernstein’s author page on the Simon & Schuster website, his book is described as a “collection of stories about miserable mad crushes, amorous infidelities and bittersweet romances.” Bernstein’s other published collection of stories is titled Miserable Holiday Stories. He was featured in Jacqueline Cutler’s "New Jersey Authors" column in the Sunday Star Ledger on February 9.
